Mission Statement
WHEN WE STARTED THIS JOURNEY AEONS AGO, NOBODY was talking about love addiction. Love addiction was like nuclear waste – nobody wanted it, nobody wanted to know about it. It was the invisible addiction hiding in plain sight. A lot of people in chemical recovery were still acting out in relationships and believing themselves to be sober. I/WE know that because I/WE was/were one of those people, I did the love addiction thing for as long as I possibly could until the pain of not having the love I wanted and craved, beat me into the ground and ultimately almost killed me. I had to stop. I had to change. There had to be a way out of this relentless savage cycle of pain.

Sarah and Fi are two besties from Ireland who have worked with our own personal HOTLOVEFIX recovery in the field of love addiction for over two decades. We are smart, fun loving, real. It doesn’t hurt that we are both professional clinicians, it is supremely helpful that we have worked with innumerable others. Our aim is to help you understand this devastating disease, so that you can do this incredible HOTLOVEFIX recovery work to heal yourself from love addiction. We are here to elucidate, inform, teach and help champion you to your own full recovery.
